We will assist with helping you select a venue, identify vendors and assist with décor, wedding theme and colors that all fit within your budget. We will be your main point of contact and will work with all vendors on your behalf and handle all contracts and payments for you. We will coordinate all out of town guest coordination on your behalf and assist with RSVP and Invitation Management if needed. We will create a detailed wedding timeline for you and oversee all setup and breakdown on the day of your wedding. We will also handle all day of venue and vendor coordination at multiple locations for you. With this premier package, you will also receive unlimited consultations to make sure that all your questions are answered. This is the most detailed package that we offer so you can sit back, relax and enjoy this special day with your significant other.

Our partial planning package is ideal for couples who have already begun the wedding planning process and require less assistance then our full service package.  This package allows for our couples to have a hands-on role in their planning along with the professional staff of SVN Events.  

This package includes the creation of a wedding planning checklist, three pre-wedding consultations, vendor contract reviews, offering vendor recommendations from our preferred vendor list, negotiating and contracting any needed hotel room blocks, facilitating the ceremony rehearsal, confirming details with appropriate vendors prior to your wedding, and all day of coordination responsibility.

You have spent so much time and money planning out your dream wedding.  Hiring a Day of Coordinator is so important to make sure that all your hard work and money spent was not for nothing. 

This package is ideal for the bride and groom event planners that have planned out the wedding day that they have imagined.  Now its time to turn your plan over to the team at SVN Events so that you can enjoy your day and not have to worry about all of the logistics.  Our day of coordination package includes:

• One 2-hour session in person or over the phone with a member of the SVN events team 4-6 weeks before your wedding.
• Provide a detailed event timeline two weeks prior to event.
• Oversee day of event coordination and logistics
• One lead wedding coordinator and at least one assistant coordinator available the day of your wedding.
• Assist with set-up and decor as needed.
• Coordinate all vendors and handle final payment and gratuities for vendors
• Problem solve on behalf of the bride and groom
